Refund policy

We want you to love every Wagsy purchase!

Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain pet products may not be eligible for return once opened.
